As Zain Bahrain reaches another milestone, you’re invited to celebrate by taking advantage of special deals on handsets and packages.
This year marks Zain Bahrain’s eighth year in business, a cause for celebration. Special deals have been announced enabling customers to upgrade their Internet service and handsets.
Available are fixed line and mobile and broadband services, both post-paid and prepaid. For the convenience of customers, Zain also offers bundled mobile and home broadband packages at affordable prices and with unlimited thresholds.
Smart deals
In terms of smartphones, Zain was the first to introduce handset subsidies in the Kingdom. With the current deals, customers can acquire the latest BlackBerry, iPhones and Samsung handsets for free, or for a nominal one-time payment. This includes a range of BlackBerry devices including the Bold 9900, Bold 9790, Curve 9360 and Curve 9380.
Post-paid and prepaid, customers can acquire BlackBerry services for BD8 per month and pre-paid customers for BD2 per week.
Recently, Zain has also launched the new iPhone 4S in all models. In conjunction with both this and the eighth year anniversary, customers can own a new iPhone 4S 16 GB for BD35 on a one-year plan, with a monthly subscription of BD22, or free on a one-year plan with monthly subscription of BD33. The monthly subscription includes 4 GB of bundled data in addition to bundled minutes and SMS.
To cater for android, iPhone, and Windows smartphones, Zain has also recently launched a portfolio of post-paid and prepaid mobile data bundles. Post-paid customers can enjoy unlimited mobile data connectivity on their smartphones for only BD6 per month. Prepaid customers can enjoy 5 GB mobile data for only BD8 per month, 1.5 GB data for only BD2 per week, or unlimited data for only 500 fils per day.
Broadband offers
Within the home broadband spectrum, a variety of packages are offered with unlimited threshold and 1 Mbps speed, while in mobile broadband there are a variety of post-paid and prepaid packages, at a price that suits the customer. Post-paid packages start at BD6 per month with 5 GB threshold and prepaid packages start at BD4 per month with 3 GB threshold. The highest package offers a speed of 4 Mbps with unlimited threshold for BD35 per month.
With home broadband, customers can obtain a free smartphone with various packages and a variety of laptops on an installment basis. Zain caters to families’ needs with a bundled offer providing both home broadband and mobile services. Home broadband subscribers can receive up to four mobile broadband connections in addition to free e-Go devices, Mi-Fi devices and a variety of tablets with the operator’s home broadband offer.
