Bahrain Friendship Society for the Blind
Blind or sighted children and adults will have the opportunity to learn Braille. The camp will be held on Sunday and Thursday each week and will include courses in Braille, English, computer fun and field trips to local landmarks. Courses are FREE.

Doy’s Taekwondo & Sports Centre
The summer camp in Taekwondo is for children aged 4–16. Classes are 3 times per week, morning and evening, in Bukawarah, East Riffa. The aim is to provide training and proficiency in Korean martial arts.

The International School of Choueifat
Geared to children from 3 to14 years, kids can choose from music, computer games, tennis, swimming, taekwondo, art and crafts, gymnastics, car track, puppet shows, balloon sculpting, football, volleyball, basketball, talent show, ballet and field trips.
It runs Sunday to Thursday, from 10.30am-3.30pm except on Monday and Wednesday when field trips are scheduled from 10am-5pm. Call to register.

The Ritz Carlton Hotel & Spa
The Ritz Kids Summer Camp includes football, swimming competition, tennis, fishing, boat trips, windsurfing, boxing, snorkeling, badminton, volleyball and cooking classes.

Zen-Do Kickboxing

Be Free Centre
Is a unique facility offering workshops in Arabic to children from 4 to 14 years. Children will be divided into classes which are age appropriate, and can choose from up to 3 courses dealing with self protection, emotional intelligence and leadership skills. The Workshops involve role playing, puppet theatre, and other activities such as cooking, art and crafts and more.

Art of Living
The Art of Living people are running a summer camp with a difference, focusing on spritual pursuits such as yoga and meditation, as well as art and crafts, cooking, and children’s surprises.
The Camp is open from 9am-12noon and is targeted at 5-13 year olds. Registration is recommended.

The Indian Club
The camp runs Saturday to Wednesday from 9.30-1pm for children from 5-13. The programme includes art and crafts, swimming, dance, yoga, cricket, and various indoor and outdoor games. Children will also be taken on field trips to local landmarks.

Aces Taekwondo Academy
Located at the Muharraq Club, there is a registration deadline of July 20 for the August camp. These Taekwondo classes are geared to children from 8 to 15. Classes are held Saturday, Monday and Wednesday from 7-8pm and summer camp kids will have extra activities such as desert camp, swimming, horse riding.

Offering art classes to children of all ages, in all mediums, oil, water colours, pastels, acrylic or pen & ink. Activities are on two levels with children aged 8 to15 on level 1 and adults on level 2. Classes are 2 hours each and are held morning from 10.30 – 12.30 or evening from 4.30 – 6.30. Children’s classes are on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday.
