Women’s Day On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the Pakistan Embassy, in collabroation with MEH and Pakistan Women Association, celebrated the contributions and achievements of women with an event attended by a diverse group of women from all walks of life. HE Muhammad Ayub, Pakistani Ambassador, highlighted the importance of women’s empowerment and their role in society. Mommy’s Day Out Middle East Hospital (MEH) organised a fun-filled and informative Mommy’s Day Out antenatal class, aimed at supporting and educating expectant mothers in their journey towards motherhood. Women’s Day Celebrations MEH celebrated International Women’s Day by organising special events that recognised the contributions of women in healthcare. The events featured workshops and activities focused on empowering women, such as yoga and meditation led by Fatima Almnansoori, Yoga therapist at Middle East Medical Centre Hidd and a workshop on work-life balance by Leslie Ledesma, Marketing Manager at MEH. Doctors, nurses, and admin staff participated in the event, and it ended with an inspiring message from Dr Paridhi Rawat, the hospital’s Chief of Operations Officer. The event was a great success and reflected the hospital’s commitment to supporting women in healthcare. Awarded Diamond Status A cake-cutting ceremony was held on the occasion of Middle East Medical Centres in Hidd and Salmabad receiving National Health and Regulatory Authority (NHRA) Diamond status - the highest level of accreditation bestowed by the NHRA that is awarded to healthcare providers that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to quality and safety.
