Pinoy Independence Day Festival The opening ceremony of the Pinoy Independence Day Festival was held at Dana Mall, Sanabis. The event was part of the celebrations held to mark the 125 years anniversary of Philippines Independence and Nationhood, and 45 years of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Republic of the Philippines. The event was attended by newly appointed Philippines ambassador, HE Anne Jalando-on Louis. The full-day festival, organised by Brand Sync, featured exciting live entertainment including traditional games and a short film showing in addition to an all-day food and retail bazaar.
