A HEARTWARMING SOUP! MUSHROOM SOUP Total Cooking Time: 20 minutes - Servings: 1 Ingredients Fresh mushrooms(sliced)30 gms White onion 15 gms Butter 20 gms Sea salt ¼ tsp White pepper powder ¼ tsp Black pepper powder ¼ tsp Sweet paprika powder 1/8 tsp Cooking cream 80 ml Water 250 ml Garnish Dill leaves 1 sprig Cream foam 1 tbsp Sumac 1 pinch Method In a saucepan, add butter, mushrooms and onion then sauté. Add all the spices including salt. Mix it well, then add water and cook for 5 minutes. Add cream and cook for around three minutes. Remove from the heat. Blend for one minute until smooth. While serving, garnish with dill leaves, cream foam and sumac.
