Next, we were given a tour of the arcade, which is fitted with highend gaming stations, and the community playroom which includes two pool tables, a foosball table, and even a comfy area for all to play a bit of PS5! Parents of young children will be very happy to know that the property even has an indoor kids’ softplay area complete with slides and a trampoline. This is aside from the outdoor kids play area. The property’s high level of security, which requires residents to access various areas with a key card, ensures that everyone is safe at all times. While there are personnel on the GF floor, it is recommended that young children are accompanied by an adult at all times. On stepping outside, we discovered spectacular innovations. The property has a beautiful landscaped area with plenty of greenery, and has not one… but five pools. This includes a kayaking pool, lazy river, lap pool, temperature-controlled indoor pool and even a man-made beach! We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing at the pools, and the indoor jacuzzi after a long day. Being a luxury property that exceeds expectations beyond the market norm, Fontana Infinity has designed the perfect fitness and sporting area – one that truly encourages and facilitates a healthy lifestyle. Fontana Infinity’s gym includes several machines and fitness accessories required for cardio, strength-training and resistance training too. Residents also have access to the property’s personal trainer should they require additional guidance or a one-on-one training programme. While working out at the gym is a dream, we have to make a mention of their indoor football and basketball area; this, in addition to the steam, sauna and locker rooms.
