The Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is set to host the much-anticipated return of Arabian Horizons, a culinary series dedicated to showcasing the region’s most inventive chefs.

Now in its second chapter, the spotlight falls on Chef Slim Douiri, a celebrated culinary innovator whose restaurant secured a place on the prestigious 50 Best Restaurants in the Middle East and North Africa 2024 list. His reputation for blending heritage with modern artistry makes him the ideal figure to headline this edition.

For three nights only, Byblos will transform into a stage for Chef Slim’s gastronomic vision. Drawing deeply on his Tunisian roots while reflecting his international experiences in Michelin-starred kitchens, he has curated a multi-course menu designed to surprise and inspire. Dishes include a reimagined take on the Tunisian classic Brik, Wagyu beef paired with smoked pumpkin, praline and miso, and a delicately balanced Hamour served with cauliflower and vanilla.

Each course speaks to his philosophy of respecting tradition while infusing contemporary creativity, offering diners a rare chance to experience familiar flavours elevated to new heights.
