Currently showcased at Ritz Gourmet Lounge is an exceptional collection of pastries inspired by World Pastry Champion, Alexis Beaufils, following his second visit to The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain. Led by Executive Pastry Chef, Devopriyo Gupta, the team have recreated delicacies, among them: Frou Frou, a delicate combination of moist chocolate sponge, cherry compote and dark chocolate shavings; Thé’obromine, a decadent harmony of chocolate pecan crunch, soft chocolate biscuit and roasted banana compote; Tropezienne, a soft vanilla brioche filled with light vanilla cream and exotic fruit compote; Barista, composed of savoiardi biscuit, mascarpone mousse, coffee crème brûlée and smooth coffee caramel; and White Gold, a sophisticated blend of creamy macadamia layers, vanilla ginger crème brûlée and toasted macadamia.

In addition, an elegant selection of cakes, including rich pistachio, smooth caramel and classic marble and many more, offers a perfect balance of flavour and texture, crafted to delight every palate.
