Who? Mr. Alex Resnik. .

Looks like?

The unmistakable Al Pacino, one of Hollywood’s most iconic screen presences.

What does he do IRL?
A family man, grandfather and long-time resident whose calm confidence and expressive features have sparked comparisons for decades, often before he has even said a word.

When did he first realise the resemblance?

First pointed out by his children, shortly after they watched The Godfather. The verdict was instant and, apparently, non-negotiable.

Memorable anecdotes?
He admits he is stopped surprisingly often, particularly in his neighbourhood back in San Francisco, where double-takes are part of daily life. The most memorable moment, however, came at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, when two visiting couples politely interrupted his dinner to ask for a photo with “Mr Pacino”. Despite his insistence that he was not, in fact, the actor, they remained unconvinced, requesting autographs and selfies regardless.

How does it feel to ‘Look-A-Like’ Al Pacino?
“Honoured.” Pacino happens to be his favourite actor! In fact, Alex is currently in the midst of reading Pacino’s memoir Sonny Boy. “I couldn’t be happier to be compared to him,” he says.

Anything else?
Alex shares that his Al Pacino impressions are now firmly woven into family gatherings, with his grandkids among the most enthusiastic fans. Unsurprisingly, The Godfather remains the favourite, and we were even treated to some iconic deliveries ourselves!
