The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain has announced the launch of the “Luxury Boat Culture” experience at the Royal Marina, introduced in alignment with the Kingdom’s new Edict (9) which allows sea vessels to obtain navigation permits for multiple visits to Bahraini waters.
