Royal Bahrain Hospital is thrilled to announce the joining of Dr Bhanu Handa, its specialist in obstetrics and gynaecology from India. Dr Bhanu has more than 22 years of experience and certification in the field after completing her residency training at the Lady Hardinge Medical Complex, in New Delhi.
Dr Bhanu is also a certified member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Ireland, and has various publications in local and international peer-reviewed journals in this field.
She is actively involved in the diagnosis, treatment and management of pregnancy-related conditions, antenatal and delivery care (normal and caesarean section) of pregnant women. Dr Bhanu also deals with gynaecological procedures such as smears, colposcopy, hysteroscopy, hysterectomy and ovarian cystectomy.
She is available for assessments of various gynaecological and obstetrical conditions faced by women including managements of miscarriages, family planning and more.
