The Domain Hotel and Spa recently received the Customer Review Award 2017 from Agoda.com, Asia’s leading booking site. Guests rated the hotel’s services at 8.7 out of 10 during their stay. “This award acknowledges the efforts of our dedicated team, who value guest feedback as ways to improve and enhance our service so that we may meet and exceed all our guests’ expectations,” says general manager Frank Normann Eikeland, who is pictured with staff.
