Foodie at the Ritz-Carlton

Industry professional Andrea Colla has been appointed as new executive assistant manager, food and beverage, at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain where he will oversee the operations of the resort’s award-winning restaurants, in-room dining and banquets catering division.

Bringing more than two decades of luxury hospitality experience to the resort, Colla has worked for some of the greatest names in hospitality, including: The Ritz and The Savoy in London; The St Regis, Rome; and most recently for the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in both Europe and Riyadh. 

He says: “It’s my honour to join The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and bring to the region my experience in luxury fine dining. The resort is a haven of epicurean experiences, from the finest of Italian to the traditions of Mexico, the Mediterranean, and Asia. I look forward to continuing its first-class ratings, but as well pushing the boundaries of high-end dining experiences to another level.”
