Inclusion Efforts Recognised

Bahrain-headquartered Silah Gulf recently participated at The Middle East Call Centre Conference showcasing its comprehensive customer experience solutions portfolio, including GCC contact centre near-shoring capabilities, telemarketing and latest digital solutions such as robotic desktop automation, speech analytics and chatbots.

Silah’s CEO, Ricardo Langwieder-Görner, delivered a keynote speech highlighting the latest customer experience trends and how digital is transforming the service industry. And Silah Gulf was awarded two industry accolades  – the regional ‘Problem Solver’ award and ‘Social Inclusiveness’ award. Both were bestowed in recognition of the company’s video conferencing contact centre solutions catering to the needs of the hearing impaired in Bahrain. 

Commenting on the event, Ricardo Langwieder-Görner says: “We live in the era of customer experience, but while digital dominance, robotic process automation, AI and data supremacy are transforming the way we do business, technology alone will not meet today’s customer expectations. Today’s business solutions need to embrace new technologies, but with a human touch and a purpose to add value to society.
