New Faces at The Ritz Carlton

New Faces at The Ritz Carlton

The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain has introduced Radim Marek as the new executive assistant manager for food and beverage, a role in which he aims to keep the hotel’s 11 restaurants and banqueting facilities in prime positions within the local market. Having started his career as a demi chef, he worked his way up at restaurants in the UK and Germany and was responsible for 12 outlets at the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, Hamburg, before coming to Bahrain.

Also at the Ritz, Ryme Lansari is the new executive assistant manager for rooms. In her new role, she will be primarily responsible for managing hotel operations. Originally from Morocco, she studied at La Sorbonne in Paris before graduating at Strayer University in Washington DC. Ryme has worked her way through the food and beverage industry, starting small as a server at Indebleu restaurant, and became assistant director of food and beverage at The Ritz- Carlton, Bal Harbour Miami, after only five years in hospitality. She has been part of a task force at six different Ritz-Carlton properties in the past year.
