Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Edamah), the property arm of the Kingdom’s sovereign wealth fund, signed a lease and development agreement with Mayasem Holding to establish and operate an educational park in Isa Town’s education district.
Realising there was an absence of a project of this nature in the Kingdom, Mayasem envisioned a pioneering educational park to serve as a one-stop-shop facility that offers children, adults and entrepreneurs specialised educational programmes and training in an eco-friendly and creative learning environment.
Spread across 16,293sq/m, the park is the first of its kind in the Kingdom. It will boast state-of-the-art design and a unique learning experience operating after study and encouraging parents to join in the learning process.
Its fully equipped education centres and halls will be leased to schools and institutions enabling them to conduct lectures, workshops, hands-on training programmes, as well as theatre and art production classes. In addition to offering the core subjects, the park seeks to collaborate with educational centres to offer specialised courses in diverse areas of study ranging from special needs education to liberal arts, robotics and more.
