This month, we were given the opportunity to live in the very lap of luxury at one of Royal Ambassador’s most sought-after high-rise towers in Juffair – Fontana Infinity. The property consists of the North and South towers, each with a range of studio apartments aside from one- and two-bedroom apartments for rent or freehold purchase. The factors that differentiate the apartments from one another is the size, whether or not it has a balcony, choice of interior colour palette, and the view.
THE RESIDENCE
From the very first hour of being at Fontana Infinity, it was clear that it creates an environment that facilitates a truly luxurious lifestyle for its residents. After our quick ‘check-in’ at their front desk, and being escorted to our floor, we were welcomed with a fresh platter of fruit at the apartment – a nice touch rooted in Royal Ambassador’s hospitality expertise.
Each apartment is tastefully designed and furnished with contemporary furniture and fixtures. In addition, the fully-furnished apartment is fitted with all necessary appliances and electronics, so as the team says: “Residents just need to get their clothes and personal care items and move in.”
While touring the apartment, we marvelled at the spectacular sea and city views which could be enjoyed from the unobstructed floor-to-ceiling windows, or spacious balcony. The apartment meets several expectations which make it the perfect space for a family. The living room is airy and provides ample room for residents to relax. The space includes an open kitchen with an island making it the perfect place to host guests. We loved their attention to detail – soft closing doors and cabinets, concealed appliances, and clever kitchen accessories to help with organisation.
The bedrooms are the perfect spot to recharge your batteries with extremely comfortable beds, a dressing table with lighting, a reading chair and spacious closets to put away your belongings. It’s worth mentioning that the apartments have central air-conditioning, with one main advantage – the living room and bedrooms each have separate controls. The bathrooms provide you with a five-star experience as each is fitted with ceiling-mounted rain showers, and came stocked with all necessary toiletries.

The sprawling ‘GF’ floor which is accessible from and runs through both towers houses these facilities. To start our extensive tour of the floor, we discovered the indoor entertainment area which included a sound-proofed cinema for twelve, complete with comfortable chairs. Next, we were given a tour of the arcade, which is fitted with high-end gaming stations, and the community playroom which includes two pool tables, a foosball table, and even a comfy area for all to play a bit of PS5!
Parents of young children will be very happy to know that the property even has an indoor kids’ soft-play area complete with slides and a trampoline. This is aside from the outdoor kids play area. The property’s high level of security, which requires residents to access various areas with a key card, ensures that everyone is safe at all times. While there are personnel on the GF floor, it is recommended that young children are accompanied by an adult at all times.
On stepping outside, we discovered spectacular innovations. The property has a beautiful landscaped area with plenty of greenery, and has not one… but five pools. This includes a kayaking pool, lazy river, lap pool, temperature-controlled indoor pool and even a man-made beach! We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing at the pools, and the indoor jacuzzi after a long day.
Being a luxury property that exceeds expectations beyond the market norm, Fontana Infinity has designed the perfect fitness and sporting area – one that truly encourages and facilitates a healthy lifestyle. Fontana Infinity’s gym includes several machines and fitness accessories required for cardio, strength-training and resistance training too. Residents also have access to the property’s personal trainer should they require additional guidance or a one-on-one training programme.
While working out at the gym is a dream, we have to make a mention of their indoor football and basketball area; this, in addition to the steam, sauna and locker rooms. Those wishing to get an outdoor run in can safely make use of the path which goes around the pools.
ENCOURAGING COMMUNITY LIVING
There are several advantages of living at Fontana Infinity, but what we thought to be a clear stand-out advantage for long-term residents were their community spaces. As pioneers of a new concept in community living, the property has a spectacular multi-purpose hall which guests can book should they wish to host guests. The beautiful space can accommodate up to 30 people and is ideal should residents wish to have catering as it has a kitchenette.
Aside from the multi-purpose hall, Fontana Infinity has five barbeque areas, including two which have access through the pool. Throughout our experience we were kept very comfortable thanks to the attentive nature of Royal Ambassador’s team which goes above and beyond to maintain personal relations with tenants.
At the time of its establishment, Royal Ambassador embarked on an ambitious mission to meet the growing need for sustainable high-quality residential solutions in Bahrain. After living at Fontana Infinity for the weekend, we can say that they have in fact succeeded.
