In their very first concert outside of Europe, German rock band Treptow are set to present their energetic songs in their native language and bring the sound of Berlin to the Kingdom in collaboration with the German Embassy.
The band was founded in 2015 and specialises in pop, rock and alternative/independent music. They released their self-produced debut album in mid-September 2017, which landed directly into the iTunes charts. Their three single releases earned them remarkable success with radio stations such as RadioEINS, RBB Fritz, RBB radioBERLIN, NDR 2, 91.7 XFM, MDR Jump, SR 3, HR 3 and more. They have played over 150 concerts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and have accompanied artists such as Nena, Silly, Jesper Munk, Haudegen and many more.
The band specialise in electric guitars, drums and German vocals in addition to incorporating dance into their performances, so, their October 23 performance at the Cultural Hall promises to be a night to remember and it’s free.
