Swiss-Belhotel International introduces a new mobile app, bringing its booking, website and guest systems into a single, connected platform.

Swiss-Belhotel International has launched a new mobile app, completing a year-long upgrade of its digital platforms. Designed to enhance the guest experience through integrated technology, the move brings its booking engine, website and customer systems into one place, allowing users to manage their stay through a single interface.

The app allows users to book directly at the best available rates while accessing personalised offers and member privileges. Guests can sign up or log in to receive tailored incentives, with repeat users recognised through their activity rather than broad promotions.

The launch follows a series of updates introduced over the past year, including a new booking engine and an enhanced website. These now sit alongside an upgraded customer relationship management system, forming a connected framework that links each stage of the guest journey, from initial search through to post-stay engagement.

Matthew Faull, Executive Director and Senior Vice President – Information Technology, E-commerce and Distribution, describes the app as the final step in that process. “The launch of the Swiss-Belhotel International Mobile App represents the completion of a carefully structured digital transformation programme,” he explains. “By aligning our booking engine, website, CRM and now mobile platform into one connected ecosystem, we are able to deliver a more efficient, responsive and guest-centric experience.”

The platform is built around a single access point, bringing together bookings, account management and offers within one system. It also connects to the group’s loyalty programme, which provides immediate benefits such as discounts and privileges from the first stay, rather than relying on a points-based structure.

Priyanka Kapoor, Group Director – Sales, Marketing, Branding and Communications, highlights the guest-facing benefits. “The Swiss-Belhotel International Mobile App allows us to offer greater value, more personalised engagement and exclusive member benefits,” she notes. “It reinforces our focus on direct relationships with our guests, ensuring they receive the best rates and a seamless brand experience.”
