The ongoing ‘70 Years of Culinary Excellence’ promotion at Silk’s restaurant at the Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain will carry on until April 20. Seven inventive dishes pay tribute to Ueli Prager, the founder of the Mövenpick brand, who redefined the European restaurant scene and paved the way for a new style of modern hospitality.
The chefs have created an inspiring à la carte menu of uncomplicated but surprising creations, using fresh, authentic and healthy ingredients. They include scallops and avocado tartare, salade belle fermière, mille feuille saumon et caviar d’olive, mushrooms and vegetables Zurich style, seafood Casimir, bare beef burger Café de Paris and carrot waffle.
