Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay offers one of the most elaborate and well-known weekly brunches in the Kingdom. The popular Friday Brunch, often referred to as one of the city’s best, is known for its lavish culinary offerings, including five unique food stations serving Arabic, Western, Indian, Japanese and Chinese delicacies.
Guests may choose from traditional Arabic items such as shawarma or kibbeh, true Asian bites such as hand-rolled sushi and dim sum, house-made pastas and farmers’ market-inspired salads, as well as the savoury slow-cooked short ribs and the mouthwatering Peking duck.
For dessert, there are sinfully delicious treats ranging from sweet and fruity tarts to a luscious chocolate fountain. All sweets are freshly made right in the hotel's very own pastry kitchen.

The hotel’s brunch is available every Friday from 1pm to 4pm, when the entire Bahrain Bay Kitchen restaurant and terrace transforms to accommodate guests, who may choose between indoor seating or dining al fresco on the terrace enjoying the best view of the Manama skyline. The extensive array of food stations, each elegantly arranged and plated, covers tables from edge to edge.
Throughout March and April, apart from St Patrick’s Day weekend, the venue will host the Friday Spring Fair Brunch. Take advantage of the perfect temperatures and fresh air while tucking into a delightful brunch menu of deliciously healthy dishes. And post-brunch on March 1, diners get free access to the Brazilian Beach Party. Prices are BD30.3 with soft drinks or BD42.4 inclusive of selected beverages. There’s a 50 per cent discount for children aged six to 12 years and under-fives eat free.
