Aged beef and meat cuts at The Domain Hotel and Spa

Le Sauvage at The Domain Hotel and Spa is known to offer some of the finest-quality in-house aged beef and meat cuts in town, which are dry aged, resulting in greater concentration of flavour and taste. When paired with boutique-style grape that offers a balance of aroma, flavour and texture, the overall taste of the dish is accentuated. The restaurant has introduced a degustation pairing menu, which involves eight small plates of gourmet preparations each paired with 150 millilitres of the best match of grape. The intriguing menu is priced at BD64++ per person. Some of the dishes on the repertoire include Slow Poached Alaskan King Crab Salad, Wagyu Beef Tartare, Pan-seared Foie Gras and Boerewors Sausage.
