Experience the epitome of French fine dining as Michelin-starred chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier becomes the latest in Capital Club Bahrain’s series of superstar gastro guests. 

Chef Arnaud is the chef de cuisine at Le Normandie at the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, a restaurant that has been renowned throughout Asia since its establishment in 1958. Known for its contemporary French cuisine, excellent service and luxurious ambience, Le Normandie is among only four establishments in the city to receive two Michelin stars.

Chef Arnaud’s philosophy is to source only the freshest ingredients from around the world. His menu is mainly inspired by his home in the French Alps and his dishes are the imprints of his culinary identity as portrayed in his signature dishes: Caviar Osciètre et Oursin – caviar, sea urchin and potato with Champagne sauce, and Pigeon Miéral de Bresse – roasted pigeon, endive, pear and cocoa.

He will be at the Signature Grill on the 52nd floor from March 5-7.
