Enjoy a sumptuous five-course Chef’s Table menu especially prepared by the dedicated chef every day between noon and 3pm, and then again between 7pm-11pm at Primavera, at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain. Dishes on the indulgent set menu, priced at BD29 per person, include fried eggplant with cherry tomato and smoked ricotta cheese, homemade Bolognese tortellini, hammour with Sicilian eggplant caponata and lamb fillet with herb crust, green peas, sautéed mushrooms and fondant potato.
