The Gulf Hotel Bahrain’s China Garden will showcase dishes by the award-winning guest chef, Jeff Tan Seng Han, from February 21-25. With 28 years of diverse culinary experience in the food and service industry, chef Tan has served as chef de cuisine at Hakkasan Mayfair London, UK, for 10 years.
“We look forward to welcoming chef Jeff to Bahrain,” says executive assistant manager Charbel Hanna. “China Garden has been the choice of Chinese food lovers both in the Kingdom and the GCC, and we continue the culinary legacy for our patrons and guests.”
Chef Tan will also be hosting a cooking master class on February 24 for BD39 per person, inclusive of lunch. Welcome the Chinese New Year at Bahrain’s award-winning China Garden restaurant at The Gulf Hotel, from February 5-16. The celebration features special, lucky traditional dishes with the creativity and signature touch of chef Ding.
