While the Adliya branch has grown tremendously in popularity, the husband-and-wife duo introduced themselves to the Kingdom’s culinary scene in 2009 when they opened their first branch in Riffa. Their goal was to serve home-inspired comfort food, using the freshest of ingredients and produce sourced globally. Their fine attention to impeccable service, and the team’s warm hospitality with David himself stopping by for a chat at times makes every experience memorable.
Just last year, the couple further reinvented their offerings in the Kingdom with the menu at their Adliya restaurant being expanded with 45 new tantalising dishes including 17 starters, 18 main courses and a range of new beverages and desserts for diners to enjoy.
Be sure to enjoy the Tempura Kale Salad with Shitake mushrooms, raisins and almonds, and the Guacamole Wontons which is gluten-free too. Non-vegetarians will love the Yaki Gyoza, Crazy’s Beef Tenderloin, Prawns and Fresh Pineapple on Skewers with Dual Glaze – a fresh and flavourful take on surf and turf.
A succulent East-West Cranberry Duck makes its way onto our ‘Must Try Mains at DSFC’, which we must add needs to be pre-ordered. The Korean Grilled Marinated Short Ribs, Honey Walnut Shrimps and Pineapple Fried Rice are sure to be a mouth-watering addition to your dining experience too.
