Celebrated Jordanian guest chef, Moeen Abuzaid from New York City, alongside executive chef Brian Becher, will be hosting two unique dinners at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay. Chef Moeen’s passion and drive is evident in his style of ‘de-luxe’ cuisine. On December 19, at re/Asian Cuisine, the chefs will explore the application of traditional Arabic flavours in the realm of Asian cuisine. On December 20, at CUT, there will be a product-driven menu with a modern Arabic flair devised to wow guests. The meals are priced at BD60, including a welcome drink, from 7pm-11.30pm on both days.
