Perfect for the summer is Ebony and Ivory’s sister dish, the Exotic Sorbet, which boasts three decadent scoops of special, house-made passion fruit, raspberry and mango ice creams, carefully mixed with fresh strawberry, kiwi, yuzu lemon peel and a special mango sauce. 

Maki’s beverages are just as imaginative. The Virgin Electric Lemonade contains lemon juice, Blue Curacao syrup and 7UP, and comes in a tall glass with smoke plumes rising from it. Virgin Paradise Road is a super-refreshing drink that has orange, apple and mango juice, with mint, caramel and passion fruit syrup, and lime juice. Presented in a beautiful glass, this is one colourful drink.
