From March 5–13, explore the Roman art of fine dining with the launch of Fiamma’s revamped menu at the Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa, specially crafted by Italian Executive Chef, Marco Terranova. As you revel in live entertainment, enjoy an authentic Italian experience with a delicious array of gourmet delights created with the freshest locally-sourced ingredients from the à la carte menu on weekdays, between 7pm and 11pm. AN ASIAN AFFAIR
Let re/ Asian Cuisine redefine your Friday brunch experience, as Wolfgang Puck’s team of highly-skilled wok and dim sum chefs use the finest ingredients and traditional techniques to create timeless yet innovative signature dishes, for BD24, for food only, or BD32, with selected beverages, from 12.30pm-3.30pm. THE T-BONE EXPERIENCE
