Starting from mid-March, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay will be offering the Folia plant-based menu, developed by renowned US chef Matthew Kenney, founder of Plant Food, and HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal – possibly the Arab world’s most famous vegan and animal welfare activist. The initiative aims to highlight truly ethical, wholesome and plant-based dining. A treat for carnivores too, dishes transform vegetables, fruits, nuts, herbs and spices into unforgettable feasts.
