Falooda World only opened its doors in December, in Hoora, but it is already making quite a stir with its great cakes and pastries, particularly after its Dubai branch posted pictures and video of its Cake of the Year “Mommy and Me”. The piece was created after several brainstorming sessions. It took 15 days of work by chefs Sreeni and Sidhi Sha, stands 6ft tall and weighs 190kg – all made up of cake and sugar paste!
