Since Maki first opened, they always had a small selection of traditional Japanese hot pots, called Nabemono, available in the winter season. Only known to a small number of people, the Japanese fine-dining outlet is now sharing this secret menu with you. Patrons can try the famous Sukiyaki, the Nabeyaki Udon, or the Yosenabe. Vegan or vegetarian Nabemono is available as well, full of colourful vegetables, tofu, and thick udon. Enjoy these Nabemono in cast iron pots that are specifically made for not sharing – unlike most other Japanese tapas style dishes at Maki.
