wembley lounge bahrain

From a new face to a familiar one; popular bar boss Stevie George is back at Wembley Lounge, much to patrons’ delight.

Stevie left mid-2018 due to health issues and says he is still recovering from something which triggered a huge weight-loss.  “I’m half the man I used to be,” he says with a smile on his face. “If I knew the secret, I would write a book and make a fortune, but sadly my doctor still does not know the reasons and the only advice I have received is to eat healthy and visit the gym – but not at the same time.”

Well-known as “the home of live sport”, Wembley has a pub-grub-based international food menu and a party brunch every Friday.

Stevie’s main focus is to re-establish the venue’s standing as the best place to watch live sport, and the reputation of the Friday brunch as a good-old fashioned party afternoon which you can enjoy with friends and family.  A revised food menu is currently in production with some additional classics being added, and a slight change in the layout of Wembley is planned for the summer months.
