There will be a pop-up version of celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck’s legendary Spago restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay. On November 8 and 9, each and every detail of the Spago experience will be authentically recreated at CUT by Wolfgang Puck steakhouse – from the cocktail list, to the staff uniforms and the two-Michelin-starred cuisine by chef Tetsu Yahigi, who will be flying in from the US to cook up a storm in the kitchen. On November 8 and 9, guests can choose between a six- (priced at BD42++) or nine-course (priced at BD57++) tasting menu with optional grape pairing for dinner. On November 9, lunch includes a choice of a three- (for BD26++) or five-course (for BD32++) menu with optional beverage package for BD10++.
