Websites Review

Site: stars.chromeexperiments.com
Rating: 5 Stars

What is it?
If you’ve ever wanted to zoom in and explore our galaxy from a computer browser, it is now possible. Stars lets you experience our galaxy in a new way. It contains the entire Milky Way on a single page, so you can zoom in and find things you have never seen before.

The Good
You can find detailed description about a particular star or planet by just clicking on it, plus there is an audio tour option which will take you to several places and levels in our galaxy and show you around with some serious explanations. This site is packed with tons of information that is ready to be consumed. So start exploration and gain some serious knowledge.

The Bad
The site runs terribly on mobile, with lots of loading lag and problems zooming in and out, with star names often so small you can’t read them.

If you’re going to use the site, make sure it’s on a PC or laptop.

YouTube Map Explorer is a unique site which provides a cool feature. You can explore YouTube on a Google Map. You can just click on any specific or random location on the map and it will show you a video that was uploaded from the particular location. So, it’s a new way to interact and explore new videos on YouTube. You can also switch between latest and classic mode by simply clicking on the switch on the upper-left corner.

www.apartmenttherapy.com

If you’re even a little bit of a fan of home decor or DIY projects, this is a website you might find yourself spending time on. There’s a ton of awesome visual and written content. It has a whole lot of helpful articles giving tips on everything from how to redo your stairs to ideas for using that awkward space above your fridge.
