Must Have Dishes: The Squirrel Fish is often requested here – deep fried baby hammour with hot bean sauce. Other best sellers are Deep-fried Prawn Balls with Ginger-Garlic Sauce and Chilli Beef. The Shu Mai (steamed dumplings) here are touted to be the best on the island.
