Experience the taste of tradition in the Holy Month at Sheraton Bahrain Hotel.
The tried and tested Sheraton Bahrain Hotel is one of the ideal spots in the Kingdom for business or leisure. With easy access to Moda Mall and other shopping centres, Bahrain World Trade Centre and the Financial Harbour, and only 7km from Bahrain International Airport, the property offers a place to relax with 218 guest rooms and 38 suites. Its restaurant outlets afford guests a choice of cuisines to savour, while Espressamente Illy Café is a convenient place to connect and unwind. Sheraton Fitness, the hotel’s spa and gymnasium facility keeps patrons fit and healthy.
Come Ramadan, the establishment will be geared up to provide guests with warm Arabian hospitality specially focused on the Holy Month. The Awali Ballroom will be given a royal makeover, as it will be the stage for lavish gastronomic treats featuring the very best of Middle Eastern delights. Iftar, the first meal after sunset, can be enjoyed up to 8.30pm. The buffet costs BD18+++ for adults, while children between four and 12 years pay BD8.500+++. Kids below four years dine for free.
Ghabga is a popular event during Ramadan all across the island, but have you ever wondered what it actually means? The word means ‘gathering’, which, in Bahrain, is an affair with family and friends after Iftar, that can last until the early hours of the morning. A daily Ghabga buffet will be served at Golestan Iranian Restaurant from 9pm to 2am, priced at BD12.500+++ for adults.
The hotel will be happy to host your corporate or private Iftar or Ghabga functions. The menu for such bookings costs BD12 per person.
Al Safir Restaurant will continue to serve guests who are not observing the fast during this period. A breakfast buffet will be laid out from 6.30am to 10.30am for BD10.500+++. The Business Lunch buffet will be served from 12.30pm to 3.30pm for BD8. The à la carte menu is available until 9pm. Espressamente Illy Café is open daily from 4pm to midnight.
