Bahrain-based Silah Gulf triumphed at the Insights Middle East Call Centre Awards 2017 with the award for ‘Best Government Help Desk’ in the region. In its 12th edition, the annual event establishes the regional standards for successful remote interaction with customers. The event gathered a large number of international as well as regional experts and specialists in the field of customer service.
The conference highlighted the development of customer interaction methodologies as well as strategies, techniques and employee management skills so as to enhance the performance and capabilities of call centres.
“We are honoured to have been selected for the award ‘Best Government Help Desk’ in the Middle East. I would like to extend my gratitude to our staff, clients and partners who contributed to this project and believe in us – such belief qualified us to win this award and surpass our counterparts in the Middle East,” says Silah Gulf CEO Ricardo Langwieder-Görner.
He also stresses that the award reflects the keenness and interest of the government sector in Bahrain to remotely advance the customer service sector.
