The innovative digital platform offers new and returning customers a seamless and fully intuitive online experience with instant access to the full range of Mercedes-Benz range and departments.
The newly launched platform is part of the Mercedes-Benz Best Customer Experience 4.0 goals, which aims to secure 25 per cent of global sales through online platforms by 2025. “The introduction of this platform aims to streamline the whole purchasing process making it more convenient for customers. It has several features that include making purchases or reservations, making enquiries, and booking test drives. Customers can also receive detailed information about both the certified pre-owned and new car stocks,” says General Manager of Al Haddad Motors, Warren Hudson.
Through the e-Commerce website, full connectivity with Al Haddad Motors is achieved by allowing users to browse the full inventory of vehicle stock and reserve models out of operating hours while also shopping for the wide range of add-ons and accessory packages available. The online store function allows clients access to up-to-date car searches and model selections, to review promotional offers and submit vehicle orders as well as the option to pay reservation fees and other associated billing requirements.
