Al Haddad Motors has won the second place in the Mercedes-Benz GD Awards 2018 for Sales and Customer Services Super League, from a total of 54 contenders for this prestigious accolade. This significant recognition has had a very encouraging impact on the business. There has been a positive trend developing in the Customer Services department as Al Haddad Motors was able to increase penetration in the four- to eight-year-old vehicles segment and has seen an increase of 60 per cent in service contracts on new cars. Additionally, despite the market going down by 28 per cent year to date in 2019, Al Haddad Motors’ sales division was still able to increase its market share by 7.2 per cent to 19.7 per cent on the previous year. There is a range of new cars with unbeatable offers that customers can see at the showroom – GLE SUV, the AMG CLS 53, the AMG C 63s coupe as well as the four-door AMG GT 43.
