Mazda - International Motor Trading Agency

International Motor Trading Agency Committed to Bahrain Customers A new state-of-the-art showroom for Mazda has opened in Sitra.

International Motor Trading Agency (IMTA), the Kingdom’s authorized distributor for Mazda passenger vehicles, has shown its commitment to the Bahrain market with the launch of a brand-new Mazda showroom.

The state-of-the-art facility is spread over 3,753sq/m and has been built at a substantial investment to offer new and existing customers the opportunity to experience the famous brand first hand in a refreshing new setting.

Designed after extensive research and customer feedback, the new showroom reinvigorates the customer experience, offering new car sales, servicing, finance packages and leasing deals.

The year 2018 marked IMTA’s 50 years of association with Mazda, which began in 1968.

It is a subsidiary of Khalil Bin Ebrahim Kanoo (K. E. Kanoo) Group, one of the leading automobile trading companies in Bahrain with a solid reputation built over 90 years as a model of honesty, integrity and total dedication to customer service.

Commenting on the new showroom, IMTA president Suzan Salman Kanoo said: “It is a reflection of our commitment to placing customers at the forefront of innovative solutions and ensuring premium quality.

“We owe our success to our valued customers and our focus on maintaining excellent after-sales relationships with them.”

The Mazda brand has been experiencing positive growth in the GCC and views Bahrain as a very important market in the region.

The brand’s USP is offering insightful solutions not only to the modern family's complex needs but also to the enthusiast driver's desires

IMTA VP KN Singh said: “The Mazda dream is to create an emotional connection with customers and become an essential part of their lives. It has worked to strengthen the feeling of connection between car and driver, creating human-centred cars that operate in harmony with human sensibilities.”

He added that IMTA’s staff are fully geared to receive the 7th Generation automobile from Mazda.

As a first step IMTA started Mazda sales operations in Sitra in January 2019, service and spare parts are expected to open soon.

IMTA is also building a massive car service centre in Isa Town; spread over 16,000sq/m, details of which will be revealed later.
