Motorcity, the exclusive distributor of Chery vehicles in the Kingdom, has unveiled the all-new Tiggo 8, a seven-seater SUV.

The Tiggo 8 carries on the Tiggo family signature designs such as H.D.S water-flow body line, tiger-crouching front and tiger-eye lamps, while bearing the distinct international character and touch of the lead designer Kevin Rice, former BMW designer.

Positioned as a family SUV, the new Tiggo has a super-long wheelbase of 2,710mm, with a flexible layout of five plus two seats, a unique second row of seats sliding back and forth, and a spacious 1,930-litre boot that caters to the high demand for family-use vehicles in the Bahrain market.

The Tiggo 8 comes with luxurious interior decoration such as wood, piano board, chrome and leather seats. Other attractive features include the 2.0-litre turbo and nine-speed CVT 25 platinum power combination, remote start system, 10.25-inch HD touch screen, 360° around view monitor, electric tailgate sensor, Bosch 9.3 ESP and a 0.92sq/m super-large panoramic sunroof. It has also received a five-star safety rating from the China New Car Assessment Programme (C-NCAP).
