Al Areen Launches Luxury Golf Residences

Al Areen Development has announced the launch of Areen Golf Estates, a luxury residential project overlooking a championship golf course in Bahrain’s Southern Governorate.
Al Areen Development Company W.L.L. has announced the launch of Areen Golf Estates, its latest luxury residential project at Al Areen, marking a significant milestone in the development of the Al Areen Master Plan. The announcement was made on the sidelines of the Gateway Gulf Investment Forum 2026.
The project is located alongside Al Areen’s 18-hole championship golf course, designed by the internationally renowned Olazabal Design. Spanning 343 acres, the golf course has been designed in harmony with the Mohamed bin Zayed Nature Reserve, with the development also situated adjacent to Raffles Al Areen Palace.
Areen Golf Estates will comprise more than 250 luxury villas and apartments overlooking the golf course. The development will be delivered in partnership with an international hospitality brand, which will be announced alongside Al Areen Hospitality at a later date.
The residences are designed to offer owners high levels of privacy and personalised service, complemented by uninterrupted views of the golf course and surrounding natural landscape.
The launch further strengthens Al Areen’s position as an integrated destination for luxury living, hospitality, sport and leisure, set amid the natural surroundings of Bahrain’s Southern Governorate.
