Al Rashid Group Recognized for Best Talent Management Strategy

Al Rashid Group, a division of Landmark Group, the pioneering omnichannel retailer and hospitality leader in the region, has won in the category for the “Best Talent Management Strategy” at the inaugural Future Workplace Awards 2022 for its impactful work on people management.

Al Rashid Group was among only two Middle Eastern organisations, to take home an award this year, competing alongside several international conglomerates. The entries were evaluated as part of a rigorous process by an international panel of independent industry experts and Future Workplace Awards senior analysts.

The award recognises Al Rashid Group’s people-centric Retail Talent Strategy, which lays emphasis on a people-first approach. The three programmes, Ertiqaa, Store Manager Development Programme and Supervisor Development Programme, are guided by the strategy and allow employees to advance through the company's retail Career Paths thereby building a dependable and strong talent team across the company.

Employee development is central to Landmark Group's strategy, which places people and talent development at the heart of its values. Last year Landmark Group held 11 employee training programs, each of which has received the industry-renowned Brandon Hall Excellence Award for successful deployment and tools that achieve measurable results.
