Bahrain to implement remote learning and indoor dining suspended from January 31

Health Ministry Under-Secretary and National Taskforce for Combating the Coronavirus (Covid-19) senior member, Dr Waleed Al Manea, has announced that indoor dining at restaurants and cafes will be suspended for three weeks beginning on January 31 (Sunday).

Furthermore, remote learning at public and private schools will be implemented from the same date, he said.

The measures are in response to a new, more virulent strain of the Covid-19 virus being found in the Kingdom as we reported earlier.
