He has also built and launch a 5-star hotel and resort and excel at catalyzing business reorganizations to capitalize on emerging opportunities. It is well known that Mr. Al Kayed is exceptional relationship manager with the ability to quickly win stakeholder trust.
As the former Chief Executive Officer and current Advisor to the Chairman of Bahrain's leading hospitality and f&b company Sevens Holding, he has optimized shareholder value for a privately held group of companies. He has presided over Strategy, Finance, Marketing, IT, HR, Marketing, and Business Development and led management teams. Mr. Al Kayed led the construction, pre-opening, and operation of a 174 room key 5-star hotel and resort, where he negotiated and signed contracts on the best terms for the owner with international hotel operators.
In addition, he has successfully launched 8 franchises in the Food and Beverage industry. Thanks to his business talent and abilities, the designers and construction costs were optimized while meeting international restaurants’ standards and raised the standard of restaurants and lounges in the Kingdom. It also worth mentioning that Mr. Al Kayed is responsible for all the operation and management of the company’s real estate where he set the overall strategic direction and priorities and monitor the performance of the assets.
Mr. Al Kayed holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Managerial Accounting from New York Institute of Technology and is a PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) since 2022.
