Over 330 People Trained to Disinfect Bahrain’s Streets and Public Areas

Cleaning and disinfection of Bahrain’s streets has begun as part of Bahrain’s efforts to implement preventative measures to reduce the spread of the coronavirus

The Director General of the Civil Defence Department stated that companies have been trained to sanitise provinces across the Kingdom and that clean-up operations are according to local and international standards. The Civil Defence department reported that 44 training sessions have been conducted and 332 people from cleaning companies and sanitation departments have been trained.

cleaning the bahrain for covid19The department of Civil Defence has issued nearly 33 certificates to those licenced companies that had been included in the official sites to combat the virus. The Director General of the Civil Defence Department expressed his thanks to the community for their efforts and cooperation with the competent authorities, adding that the cooperation of the community is key to reducing the spread of the virus.
