Royal Academy of Police starts training programmes

The Officers Training College of the Royal Academy of Police (RAP) has started its training year 2021-2022.

The inaugural course which focused on managing projects was conducted by the Follow Up and Evaluation Division of the office of the Assistant Chief of Public Security for Community Affairs, Dr Shaikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

The course reflects the keenness of the RAP to train officers. The course highlighted the importance of project and time management as part of plans to form competent and professional cadres.

The RAP Language Centre has also conducted a basic French course (Level 1). The college intends to adopt a hybrid training plan, merging in-person attendance with online learning training.
