The Wyndham Grand Manama Hotel, Bahrain Bay, hosted a Ghabga for children in cooperation with Tree of Life Social Charity Society on April 26.
As a part of Wyndham Grand Manama Hotels’ Corporate Social Responsibility, the hotel partnered with the Tree of Life Social Charity Society and organised a Ghabga Dinner for 50 orphans. The attendance of the children at this event honored Wyndham Grand Manama.
On behalf of the management of Wyndham Grand Manama Hotel and the Ahmed AlQaed Group, Director of Sales – Government and Protocol, Khalifa Bokhammas, opened the dinner with a speech welcoming the youngsters.
“It is a privilege for Wyndham Grand Manama and Ahmed AlQaed Group to sponsor this honourable ceremony, the celebration of the Tree of Life Social Charity Association. Wyndham Grand Manama Hotel is pleased be a part of this social initiative to support orphans and bring peace and happiness to the children,” said Mr. Bokhammas.
Face painting, entertaining games, and activities were among the evening's diverse entertainment events for the kids. The top management of Wyndham Grand Manama presented personalised gifts to the children as the ceremony came to a close.
General Manager of Wyndham Grand Manama Hotel, Anwar Al-Hajjar, greeted the children warmly and expressed his delight in hosting them. “The hotel management, on behalf of Wyndham Grand Manama and the Ahmed AlQaed Group, is constantly working to support organisations and individuals in need, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan,” concluded Mr. Al-Hajjar.
