A familiar favourite returns to Primavera Osteria at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain, as Bella Italia Friday Brunch invites guests to rediscover the flavours, traditions and convivial spirit of Italy.

Bella Italia means ‘Beautiful Italy’ and celebrates Italian dining through its food, traditions and the art of gathering. Beginning on September 25, the brunch will take place every Friday from 12.30pm-4pm, bringing together beloved Italian flavours and leisurely Friday dining in the elegant surroundings of Primavera Osteria.

The menu features classics including vitello tonnato and pizza bianca, alongside desserts such as tiramisu and Sicilian-inspired cheesecake. The experience extends beyond the plate, with distinctive touches that showcase Primavera’s approach to Italian hospitality.

At the heart of the restaurant is an extensive grape collection that introduces guests to the diversity of Italian beverages and complements the cuisine. The drinks trolley adds a tableside element, with beverages prepared in front of guests, while Primavera’s open kitchen offers a glimpse into the energy and precision behind the dishes.

Dessert comes with its own moment of theatre. The tiramisu trolley brings the beloved Italian classic directly to the table, turning the final course into an experience in itself.

As Bahrain moves towards its cooler season, Bella Italia will also welcome guests to Primavera’s outdoor terrace, where they can spend Friday afternoons overlooking the resort in a relaxed open-air setting.

Bella Italia is priced at BD35 with soft beverages and BD45 with selected beverages.

With its return this September, Bella Italia brings together the flavours and charm of Italian dining, from generous plates and carefully prepared drinks to the simple pleasure of gathering around the table.
